So far to allow others to access our description of the project and share the vision we created PR which is sent to the main project. Is that expected way to work? Or we should fork project fill out the templates and keep it secret in our own groups/projects which are not accessible by others?

as discussed with @gtsouk, I created a [docusaurus](https://v2.docusaurus.io/) installation in essif-lab, which will serve the purpose for the documentation site for essif lab.
Right now it's a simple setup, all you need to run this is [yarn](https://yarnpkg.com/). Information are on the README.md.
I also added a commit on how to add a new page in docusaurus, along with declaring it on the sidebar, and on the menu bar. You can see it [here](https://gitlab.grnet.gr/essif-lab/essif-lab/-/commit/b248ca670340b7ba1c2f384635600bfa0418e7fb).
@fmerg as @gtsouk mentioned, you can now start adding content in this project.
Next steps for this project:
* [ ] Add a dev Dockerfile for easier development
* [x] Add a `gitlab-ci.yml` job to automatically build this project and deploy it in pages
* [x] Theme it to a more appropriate style
