Allow the Bridge to act as a proxy to a QTSP

The idea is that the bridge connects with a the API of a QTSP that holds the QEC of an entity.

The legal entity uses the SSI eIDAS Bridge as a signature proxy. The Bridge connects with the QTSP just for creating the CAdES or JAdES signature/Seal, and the bridge canonicalizes and later constructs the appropriate VC with the proof.
