TEv1 Bug - in generation of links

How to reproduce:

1. open a browser (e.g. chrome, firefox).
2. paste the URL https://essif-lab.pages.grnet.gr/framework/docs/terminology into the address bar. Then you will see the page as expected.
3. now scroll down until you see a highlighted term file (e.g. glossaries, Terminology Corpus, dictionaries).
4. hover over the term (you see the correct popup) and click on it. You are now directed to a non-existent page; the URL has a /terminology section in it that does not belong there. For example, clicking on glossaries produces the url https://essif-lab.pages.grnet.gr/framework/docs/terminology/terms/glossary which should have been https://essif-lab.pages.grnet.gr/framework/docs/terms/glossary/.

Key to the bug seems to be the pasting of the URL in step 2: the bug does NOT show in the following sequence:

1. paste the URL https://essif-lab.pages.grnet.gr/framework/ into the address bar, that will show the eSSIF-Lab framework homepage.
2. now click on Terminology in the navbar menu, which takes you to https://essif-lab.pages.grnet.gr/framework/docs/terminology, the same page as in step 2 of the previous paragraph.

If you continue with steps 3 and 4 of the bug reproduction procedure, everything works as expected.

Can this be fixed?
