Updated tests and added Off-Blocks deployment URL

The tests still need some work, but this is an initial draft of two tests. The validated-id participant in the index.js is temporarily commented out, as I have added new requirements to the participant folders, and the tests will not run for validated-id before those are updated. I leave that outside the scope of this PR.

The new requirements for participant folders are:

  • a certificates folder with json files as those in offblocks/certificates/test-certificate.json
