Added vision, purpose and functional architecture documents (hope that the links work!)

The idea is that we use the branche maintenance-projectdoc to make changes in documentation that is related to the eSSIF-Lab project itself. After the project documentation is properly updated and reviewed, it can be merged into the master for all to see.
